Delivery Charges
Delivery is free on all orders anywhere in Pakistan.
Dispatch & Delivery Time
Orders are normally dispatched within one business day. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your city. Delays may occur during public holidays or due to courier constraints.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier and check that the packaging is sealed before accepting the parcel.
Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking reference is shared with you. You can also use the Track Order page or message our support team for an update.
Incorrect Address or Unavailability
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
